We stayed on a Saturday evening. The door to our premium king room did not lock. We noticed this at 10pm at night, we contacted reception. He came to check we asked for the equivalent room but were advised there wasn’t one available but if …

This is a little hotel/motel in a community like setting. Nice and quiet. The 42 degrees buffet was quite decent with an amazing view. There's a bar lounge area where you can also enjoy the view. It's a short walk to other shops

NO BLOODY AIRCON. Seriously. The fan supplied was decades old and as noisy as a train. Be aware when booking that you may end up on top of the hill. Don't be fooled into thinking you will be located on the Esplanade. The room was a decent size. Great shower. Dining on-site was expensive. We had to fix the fly screen. We had to prop the window open with a stick from the garden. I wouldn't stay again.

Stayed in a room with no aircon and a window that won’t stay open. There are no fans and the sun heats the room up like an oven during the day With the blackout blinds closed the room is a thick poorly ventilated heat trap at night. Struggled to sleep and have the kids asleep 2 nights in a row, we were all sweating. Tried to phone and ask for a fan but number rings out Do not stay here on a hot day up the back of the place as it’s pretty horrific in the room. The bar is pretty good and views decent But we won’t ever be back

Views are spectacular from the room and the ambiance of room is beautiful, with the added touch of the mock wood fire place adding to this lovely feel. Pillows and beds are very comfortable and most importantly the room was spotless.

Staff were helpful. The a accommodation was ok for a motel but room service was just a tucking of sheets, no bin emptying or vacuuming. ||The restaurant (42°) only offered buffets. breakfast was $32, dinner $75. |The other places to eat …

Stayed for 2x nights. Clean and comfortable. Even the bed was good. Nice location right on the harbour. Views from our balcony and we were able to walk to everything in town. Reception very pleasant. Parking on-site.

Booked in for a two night stay. Service was great reception staff were friendly and we received an upgrade to the newly renovated Hilltop rooms. The rooms are just awesome Huge king bed. Beautiful fireplace feature The views were breathtaking. Thank you for a fantastic stay. We were over from WA. Highly recommend and will return.
